RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
8.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns subject to the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The product is not a customised, made-to-order, or limited edition item marked as non-returnable at the time of sale (see below).
8.2 Limited Edition Items
All limited edition products, are sold on a final sale basis unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for limited edition items due to the exclusive and finite nature of such releases.
8.3 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered, please contact us at support@greysky.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and your order details. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at our discretion.
8.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer; customers must provide their bank account details for this purpose.
8.5 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance unless defective:
- Limited edition and drop-exclusive products
- Sale or discounted items explicitly marked as non-returnable
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
