We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location. Tracking information will be provided via email upon dispatch.

International Shipping

GreySky may offer international shipping to select countries. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, import duties, and delivery timelines that vary by destination. We reserve the right to limit or suspend international shipping at any time.

Delivery Delays

GreySky is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural events, public holidays, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. Unclaimed or returned packages may be subject to restocking fees.
